HSE & Quality
Tarpon Construction Management maintains a healthy and safe work environment by implementing industry best practices and by complying with all relevant legislation. We constantly identify and eliminate hazards that could cause personal illness, injury, harm to property and/or negatively impact the environment.
We have achieved excellent health and safety performance through proactive management and committed participation by all our employees. All employees are educated in the effective use of Tarpon Construction Management’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) program and are encouraged to exercise their legal responsibility to report hazards and refuse work if unsafe conditions are present.
All employees are required to participate in the HSE program and perform their work according to Tarpon Construction Management’s established procedures and training. Contractors and sub-contractors are held to the same standards as our employees.
At Tarpon Construction Management, quality goes beyond the products and services we offer our clients, it also guides our management philosophy and how we approach our business. Just as we approach safety, Tarpon Construction Management believes quality is everyone’s responsibility.
Our commitment to supplying quality products and services is driven by our comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS). Our approach to quality includes providing employees with the training, instructions, and procedures required to ensure installations and services are performed correctly the first time. Our QMS program includes a complete QA/QC manual, and has a proven record of complying with the requirements of national and international standards.
At the completion of our projects, we supply our clients with a comprehensive turn over package to ensure they are satisfied with the quality of services we have provided.
